Request Reimbursement

Purchase with a credit card now, download the paid receipt from your account, and send a reimbursement request to your ESA program.

Not all ESA programs process reimbursements. Please confirm with your program before purchasing. Approval is up to your program, and the student's legal name on the receipt must match the ESA account.

If your program lists Learning Web as a vendor, submit a purchase request instead.

How to submit a purchase request

  1. Create or log in to your Learning Web account.
  2. Open Account, then Download ESA Purchase Request. Type each student's legal name as it appears on the ESA account.
  3. Submit the ESA Purchase Request to your state program. In ClassWallet: choose Pay Vendor, search "Learning Web", enter the exact total, and upload the PDF.
  4. Your state program will send us approval.
  5. We will process your order.
  6. You will receive a notification email from us when the subscription is active.

Purchase requests are annual: one per year for the whole family, $290 for the first student and $60 for each sibling. Access runs for a year from the date your program approves the expense.
