Pay with an ESA or scholarship

Arizona ESA

Learning Web is an approved Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account vendor. Pay with ClassWallet Direct Pay (Pay Vendor).

1. Create or log in to your Learning Web account.
2. Open Account, then Download ESA invoice. Type your student's legal name as it appears on the ESA account.
3. Submit an ESA purchase request to your state program. In ClassWallet: choose Pay Vendor, search "Learning Web", enter the exact invoice total, and upload the PDF.
4. Your state program will send us approval.
5. We will process your order.
6. You will receive a notification email from us when the subscription is active.

Arizona families should use Pay Vendor. Do not pay by card and request reimbursement. Learning Web is already a listed vendor.

ESA invoices are annual: one invoice per year, $290 for the first student and $60 for each sibling. Access runs for a year from the date your program approves the expense.
